NOTICE AND AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gunnison City Council will hold a special Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 14th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 12 P.M.
1) 12 P.M. Invocation
2) Discussion with proposed approval of Ordinance 2022-05; Creation of a Community Reinvestment Agency
3) Discussion with proposed approval of Ordinance 2022-06; Public Meeting Notice Requirements and Permitting Electronic Meetings.
4) Closed Session *

Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
