Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday June 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers, 75 West Center ST., for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning. Amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code for small animal and reptiles business licensing in the Industrial Zone. Applicant: Don Fuller and Eldon Christenson for June Brush Hill property located approximately E 700 South and County Rd 4668 through County Rd 4666 and East of Sandrock Ridge Road to be added to expansion map. Prepare and propose amended annexation policy plan pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 10-2-401.5. Applicant: Jan Robison for June Brush Hill property located E 700 South and County Rd 18 through County Rd 4667 and Sandrock Ridge Road to be added to expansion map.
