- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing June 22, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Amendments to Title 17 of the Midvale City Municipal Code to address licensure of Child Care Centers and Child Care Facilities within the City. 2. Farzad Ahmadpour requests Conditional Use Permit approval to allow for auto service located at 7619 S State Street in the State Street Commercial (SSC) zone. 3. Natalie Reynolds-Owen requests Conditional Use Permit approval to allow for a daycare facility located at 237 Tennyson Ave in the Single Family Residential (SF-1) zone.
