DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes

2. Final Plat
A. SKYE MEADOWS PLAT B. The proposal involves adjusting the boundary of an existing lot in addition to approving 49 residential lots for a development located at approximately 1600 South Del Monte Road.
B. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT C. The proposal involves creating 40 residential units for a townhome development located at 200 East Volunteer Drive.
3. Annexation
A. MINER ANNEXATION. Acceptance of the Miner Annexation for further study. The proposed annexation is 24.75 acres located at 3100 East 100 South.
4. Site Plan
A. ACTIVE AUTO. The proposal involves commercial development of a site located at 3381 North Main Street.
5. Preliminary Plat
A. SF NORTH AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL. The proposal involves preliminary plat approval of a proposed industrial subdivision of 23 lots on approximately 41 acres located at 3300 North 1400 West.
6. Title 15 Amendments
A. DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE. Proposed amendment regarding the voting members of the Development Review Committee as identified in Municipal Code 15.3.08.010 Administrative Bodies and Officers.
