PERRY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE STORM DRAIN RATE INCREASE Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will receive public comment regarding proposed Ordinance 22-H Adopting Amendments to the Comprehensive Fee Schedule specifically a Storm Drain Rate Increase. The public comment period starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Electronic Council Meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022. The proposed Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public review at the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
