F. AGENDA ITEMS:
1. 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISCUSSION. Chief Dan Benson. The Council will hold a discussion on the 4th of July Fireworks display.
2. WEST ZION VIEW FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. Becky Bennett, Town Planner. The Council will consider approval for the West Zion View Subdivision Final Plat.
3. ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET(S) TOWN, RDA, SSD, MBA. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council acting as the governing body for the RDA, SSD, & MBA will consider the adoption of the FY2023 budget(s).
4. IMPACT FEE DISCUSSION FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREAS. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on the Impact Fees for Special Assessment Areas as a policy discussion.
5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas.
