- BUDGET HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE The Five County Association of Governments will hold two separate budget hearings. The first budget hearing will be for the Association's FY 2022 Final Budget Amendments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. The second budget hearing will be for the Association's proposed FY 2023 budget which will be for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The public is invited to attend these hearings and provide comments. Written comments may also be sent via e-mail to budgets@fivecounty.utah.gov Comments sent via e-mail must be received by 8:00 a.m. on June 22, 2022 to be considered. The two budget hearings will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 in conjunction with a formal meeting of the Association's governing body, the Five County Association of Governments Steering Committee. The Steering Committee's meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will be held at the Iron County Courthouse Building, in the 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 68 South 100 East; Parowan, Utah. Copies of the Association's Final FY2022 Budget Amendments and its Proposed FY 2023 Budget are both available for public viewing on-line on the Association's website found at http://www.fivecounty.utah.gov or in-person during the regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Five County Association of Governments office building, located at 1070 West 1600 South, Building B, St. George, Utah.
