NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION OF ANNEXATION PETITION
OF THE WEST CHRISTENSEN ANNEXATION 2022
A Petition for Annexation has been filed with Ephraim City proposing the annexation of an area to Ephraim City known as the 'West Christensen Annexation 2022.' The Ephraim City Council received Notice of Certification of the annexation petition on June 1, 2022. The area proposed for annexation is shown on the attached exhibit. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Ephraim City Recorder (Located at 5 South Main). Ephraim City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written protest is received by the county clerk on or before 12:00 PM, July 1, 2022, and a copy of the protest delivered to the Ephraim City Recorder.

The area proposed for annexation to Ephraim City will also automatically be annexed to the Ephraim Fire Service Area district. Ephraim City is entirely within the boundaries of a local district that provides fire protection, and emergency services or law enforcement service.
