CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, Community Room, 1st Floor, 8040 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following items:
- Amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code enacting Pet Boarding as a definition and conditional use in certain Commercial and IOZ Zones, and related provisions; Section 13-5E-3 and 13-6K-4, and the 'Kennel' and 'Pet Boarding' definitions in Section 13-2-3
- A petition by Ryan Peterson/Peterson Development for The Villas at Stone Creek located at 4977 West 7800 South approving the Master Development Agreement amending the Stone Creek Master Development Plan and a General Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 30 acres from Professional Office, Medium Density Residential, Neighborhood Commercial, and Parks and Open Land designations to Medium Density Residential, Neighborhood Commercial, Parks and Open Land in an existing P-C (ZC) Zone
- A substantial amendment to the Program Year 2019 Annual Action Plan for CARES Act funds
- Amending the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2023
- Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2022
- Adopting the Consolidated Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2023
