AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION JUNE 22, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on June 8 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review and action on an accessory building located in the area of 434 N 200 W, in the R2-7500 zone 3. Hearing, review, and action on a proposed zone change from the R1-9000 zone to the Professional Office (PO-1) zone, for the property located at 1096 E 50 S 4. Hearing, review, and action on a proposed text amendment related to Section 17.7.601 of the American Fork Municipal Code. 5. Hearing, review and action on a preliminary plan and final plat for Timp Hollow Plat E Subdivision, located at approximately 1190 East 1000 North, in the R1-12,000 zone 6. Hearing, review, and action on a site plan for Cost-U-Less Carpet, located in the area of 64 N 900 W, in the General Commercial (GC-2) zone 7. Hearing, review, and action on a final plat for Barratt PUD, located in the area of 144 West Main St, in the Central Commercial (CC-1) zone 8. Hearing, review, and action for a site plan for the Barratt PUD, located in the area of 144 West Main St, in the Central Commercial (CC-1) zone 9. Hearing, review, and action on the preliminary plan and final plat for Beck Hillside Estates, located in the area of 757 North 200 East, in the R1-9000 Residential zone. 10. Hearing, review, and action on a proposed land use map amendment from the Residential Very Low-Density designation to Residential Low-Density designation, for the properties in the area south of the Residential Low-Density designation, between 100 W and 570 W 11. Hearing, review and action on an agreement for the Harbor Road Annexation, consisting of 85 acres and located at approximately 6500 W 6800 N 12. Hearing, review, and action on a request for variance from the required setbacks of lots located in the Stonecreek Plat H & I Development, located in the area of 1000 South 400 West in the PR-3.0 zone 13. Hearing, review, and action on a Preliminary Plan for Stonecreek Plat H & I located in the area of 1000 South 400 West in the PR-3.0 zone 14.
