Rockville Town Council Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Rockville Community Center, Town Hall June 15, 2022 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Town Council will hold a public hearing as part of their regular meeting on Wednesday the 15th day of June 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. Anyone attending 'in person' who has not been vaccinated, we ask that you please wear a mask. If you wish to access the meeting through Zoom, please contact Vicki Bell at rockville@rockvilleutah.org or (435) 772-0992 for the access codes. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District - Pam Leach 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Vice-Chair Tim Arnold Administrative Action Items 1. Introduction and Interview of Prospective Candidates for the Appointment of Councilmember. 2. Discussion and Action on a Resolution providing for Appointment of a Councilmember to fill the remainder of Terry Bell's term. 3. Swearing in of the Newly Appointed Councilmember. 4. Discussion and Action of Resolution 22-0615-01 to approve the 2022 Certified Tax Rate for the Town of Rockville. 5. Open Public Hearing for public comments on the proposed final 2022-23 Fiscal Budget for the Town of Rockville. 6. Adjourn Public Hearing 7. Discussion and Action of Resolution 22-0615-02 to Adopt the 2022-23 Final Budget for the Town of Rockville. 8. Discussion and approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement regarding Official Ballot Drop Boxes. 9. Discussion and approval for a $500 contribution to ZRC National Scenic Byway Committee for the purpose of updating their Corridor Management Plan. 10. Approval of the minutes of the May 11, 2022, Regular meeting. 11. Approval of expenditures for the month of May 2022. 12. Approval of the May 2022 financial statements.
