Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a proposed plat amendment for 437 East and 457 East Trail Road for the purpose or realigning Trail Road. Those wishing to make comments on the proposed amendments may submit written comments to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than June 16, 2022 by 4:30 pm. or by mail at PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719. Details of the proposed amendment is available at the Town offices during normal business hours of 9:00 am through 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: As per ordinance No. 11-003, authorizes the public bodies to establish written procedures governing the calling and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members may participate by electronic means.
