UINTAH CITY 2191 East 6550 South - Uintah, Utah 84405 (801) 479-4130 Fax: (801)476-7269 Office Hours: M-W 9:00-5:00 & T-F 09:00 - 1:00 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Uintah City gives notice that on June 21st, 2022 during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., A Public Hearing will be held as follows: 1. OPEN AND AMEND THE FY 2021-2022 2. ELECTED; APPOINTED AND STATUTORY OFFICERS COMPENSATION FOR FY 2022-2023 3. ENTERPRISE FUND TRANSFERS TO THE GENERAL FUND 4. FINALIZE AND ADOPT FY2022-2023 BUDGET The Public Hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Copies of the proposed budget amendments are on file for public inspection at the City Office. Public participation is invited. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation during this hearing should notify City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing. **NOTICE** NOTICE OF POSSIBLE ELECTRONIC OR TELEPHONIC PARTICIPATION One or more members of the Uintah City Council may participate electronically or telephonically pursuant to UCA 52-4-7.8 Uintah City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, or disability in employment or the provisions of services.
