Description/Agenda

The public hearing for the FY2022 amended budget is hereby canceled until the June 28, 2022 Council meeting. The Brian Head Town Council acting as the governing body for the Brian Head Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the fiscal year 2022 budget(s) ending June 30, 2022. Those wishing to submit a written comment may submit their comments to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or to: PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than June 13, 2022 by 4:30 pm. Comments during the public hearing are limited to three minutes. Details of the FY2022 Amended Budget are available at the Town offices during normal business hours.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh 435-677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

As per ordinance 11-003 authorizes the public bodies to establish written procedures governing the call and holding of electronic meetings at which one or more members of the public board may participate by means of electronic communications.
