NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer/Inspirational Thought Approval of minutes for meeting held on May 3, 2022 Approval for payment of May 2022 invoices Business & Petitions (items to be voted upon) 1. Sunrise Engineering-Andrew Flake 2. 2022-2023 Budget 3. Land Use Proposal: 1-acre minimum size lots 4. Building moratorium 5. Valentin & Chelcey Franco-outside water schedule. Can alternate schedule be used? 6. Emery Solyom-complaint about light in neighbor's lot is too bright Open Discussions: (5 minutes each) Reports of town officers and boards Mayor Davis: Water-Council member Rees Roads-Council member Larsen 1. Peckham Co. to repair asphalt roads-$10,000 max Cemetery-Council member Thompson 1. Discuss increasing cemetery fees Parks-Council member Anderson Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
