PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 06/08/2022. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. AGENDA 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL 3. SAFETY SECONDS 4. PUBLIC COMMENT 5. SERVICE AWARD. Terri Tubbs will be recognized for her commitment and dedication to the Price City Youth Council. 6. SERVICE AWARD. Megan Marshall will be recognized for her ongoing coordination and support of Price City. 7. TENTATIVE BUDGET - Authorization to adopt the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, and to set a Public Hearing on June 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 185 East Main, Price, Utah, to receive public comment on the Tentative Budget. CONSENT AGENDA 8. MINUTES a. May 25th, 2022 City Council Meeting. b. May 11, 2022 City Council Workshop c. May 11, 2022 City Council Minutes 9. CITY RECORDER APPOINTMENT. Consideration and possible approval of appointment of Jaci Adams as the Price City Recorder. 10. SEWER FACILITIES AGREEMENT PRWID- Consideration and possible agreement with PRWID to transfer ownership and maintenance of the sewer collection system located within the eastern city limits to Price City. 11. LIBRARY ADA BATHROOM - Consideration and possible approval of the contract between CAS INC and Price City for completion of the Library Basement ADA Bathroom. 12. FEE WAIVER. Consideration and possible approval of a fee waiver for Pioneer Park rental on June 17, 2022 by the Utah National Guard unit, Garth Johnson. 13. PUBLIC HEARING - Authorization to set an Enterprise Fund Public Hearing on June 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 185 East Main, Price, Utah, to discuss the budgeted transfer from the Electric Fund to the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. 14. PUBLIC HEARING - Authorization to set a Public Hearing on June 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 185 East Main, Price, Utah, to receive public comment on the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 year-end budget revision. 15.
