Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Brigham City is soliciting public comment regarding modifications to the sewer ordinance. Preliminary approval has been granted by Brigham City Council pending public comment and final approval from the State of Utah Division of Environmental Quality. Public comments are invited any time before the close of business on July 18, 2022. Copies of the documents can be requested from, and comments can be submitted in writing to, Bryce Lofthouse, Brigham City Wastewater Treatment Manager, PO Box 1005, Brigham City Utah 84302 or at blofthouse@bcutah.org.
