Public Comments: Citizens may express their views on issues within the Planning Commission's jurisdiction. The Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email providencecityutah@gmail.com , and by text 435-752-9441. By law, email comments are considered public record and will be shared with all parties involved, including the Planning Commission and the applicant. Public Hearings: No Public Hearings. Legislative - Action Item(s): No Items Administrative Action Item(s): Item No.______1_______Grand View Hills Subdivision Amended Plat: The Providence City Planning Commission will review, discuss, and may take action on a request to amend the Grand View Hills Subdivision by combining Lots 12 and 13, located in the general area of 988 Foothill Dr. Item No. 2 Providence City Center Amended Site Plan (Corrected Approval from PC):The Providence City Planning Commission will review, discuss, and may take action on an amended site plan for Lot 1 & 2 of the Providence City-Center Mixed-Use Development. This was before Planning Commission on May 25th, 2022, where it was approved pending City Councils approval of the adjustments and easement relocation; however, it was brought to staffs attention that the adjustment and easement relocation can be approved by the Planning Commission.
