Description/Agenda
The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. have public hearings in the following order: a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from James Barnard with Sardinz Center to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from CG (Commercial General) to Small Project Specific Plan & Site Plan at property located at approximately 655 East Main Street. (Tax Id. #11-087-0008 & Tax Id. #11-089-0009). The Commission shall also approve a Sardinz Small Project Specific Site Plan. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code amendment, to update chapter 10-50 titled 'Design Review Permits' in the Wellsville City code. c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Trevor Cranney for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'T's Trees' nursery business on the property located at approximately 1000 South Center. Tax Id. #10-040-0017. 7. Other zoning matters
