- Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Historical Preservation Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah, on Monday, June 6, 2022. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of the meeting minutes from January 11, 2022 3. Election of new Preservation Commission Chairperson. 4. Update and discussion on Douglass Mercantile roof project. 5. Discussion on RAPZ Tax projects at the Douglass Mercantile Building. 6. Commission Member Reports Adjourn
