NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a Public Budget Hearing followed by a regular Council Meeting Monday June 6, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date Public Budget Hearing: 1. 5:00 Review Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023 Budget and take public comments. 2. 5:15 Open the Budget for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022 for a revision of funds. Close Public Hearing and open regular Council Meeting 3. 5:20 Approve minutes from the May 16, 2022 Council Meeting 4. 5:25 Adopt Budget for FY ending June 30, 2023- Resolution 6-6-22 5. 5:30 Approve the budget revision of funds for FY ending June 30, 2022 6. 5:30 Rulon Johnson: Business license 7. 5:40 Lynn & Gwen Mortensen purchased Greenfield property and need to discuss the building on right of way. 8. 5:50 Carter Cattle: Water agreement 9. 6:00 4th of July: Theme, Grand Marshal, Set amount for raffle prizes. 10. 6:10 Cemetery 11. 6:20 Animal rights and Yard clean up ordinance. 12. 6:30 Pay Scale Stipends- review employee's years 13. 6:40 Pay bills 14. 6:50 Employee policy review 15. 7:00 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
