NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 09, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Natalie Nichols requests Design Review approval of a two-phase development plan for a new credit union branch in the General Commercial (CG) zone, located at 1476 N Freedom Blvd. Carterville Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@gmail.com PLPPA20210421 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
