BRIGHAM CITY ENTERPRISE TRANSFER PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A public hearing will be held on June 16, 2022 on the following proposed enterprise fund transfers. These transfers include 15% of utility fee revenue plus amounts charged for City utility usage, or $3,989,871, from the Public Utility Fund to the General Fund, as well as $34,855 from the Storm Drain Fund to the General Fund. It also includes an additional $50,000 transfer from the Utility Fund to the Emergency Disaster-Capital Project Fund. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City Council Chambers at 20 North Main. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above public notice was provided to the Box Elder News Journal and posted on the City website and the State Public Meeting Notice website on June 2, 2022.
