Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 21 June 2022, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: Resolution 2022-19 / FY 2022 Budget Amendment (Budget Officer) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2022-19 amending the fiscal year 2022 budget for Midway City. Reed Bezzant Subdivision, Lot 11 / Amendment (Whiting Trusts) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve an amendment to the Reed Bezzant Subdivision located at approximately 100 South 700 East (Zoning is R-1-11). Kim Bezzant Subdivision / Second Amendment (Whiting Trusts) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a second amendment to the Kim Bezzant Subdivision located at approximately 100 South 600 East (Zoning is R-1-11). Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes one week before the meeting.
