Sealed Bids for the construction of the Holladay City Planting Project will be received by the City of Holladay, at the office of the City Engineer at 4580 S 2300 E, until 3:00 pm local time on June 21, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of construction of landscape features, including rock mulch, shrubbery, grasses, and trees.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid bond is not required.
Work is to be substantially complete on or before September 30, 2022.
Bids will be evaluated on the lowest Base Bid plus any selected alternates. Bidder shall submit with it's Bid a copy of their contractor's license.
The City of Holladay will use the EJCDC Contract for Construction of a Small Project and the EJCDC Standard General Conditions. These documents can be requested and reviewed at any time by request to mstenquist@forsgren.com, but are not included in the advertisement package.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Holladay Engineering, 4580 S 2300 E. Prospective Bidders may request a copy or examine the Bidding Documents by emailing Mark Stenquist at mstenqusit@forsgren.com.
