CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA June 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda Action Agenda: 1. Kelsey Gordon is applying for a business license for doing eyelashes at Chelsea's shop in the Old Town Hall. 2. Mr. Rhoten is applying for building permit for accessory building. 3. Michelle Priano wants to know what she needs to do to have her property annexed into the town. It is located south of town on center street. 4. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on July 6 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
