- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Mike Wanner, Gunnison Valley Hospital - Manti Clinic plan update. 2. Nannette Bramwell - request to address Council concerning Eva Beal Auditorium usage. 3. Cory Hatch, Public Works Director - report to Council. 4. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning proposed 80' cellular tower near north water tank. b. Discussion concerning conditional uses. c. Discussion concerning addition of columbaria to Manti Cemetery. d. Urban Deer Control Program. 5. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 6. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 7. Mayor Bigelow. 8. Consideration of minutes of the previous meetings (May 18th, 2022). 9. City Manager Kent Barton. 10. Closed Session (if needed).
