RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 9, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Monique Hudson is seeking approval for a home-based business, 'Glow Aesthetics', an in-home facial/aesthetics salon to be located at 13521 South Muhlenburg Way. - Daniel Gilster is seeking approval for a home-based business, 'DG Tree LLC', an in-home tree service company to be located at 12403 South Redwood Road. - Nicole Hodges is seeking approval for a home-based business, 'Bright White Smiles', an in-home teeth-whitening studio to be located at 13743 Mount Olympus Peak Drive. - Stephanie Winkel is seeking approval for a conditional use permit for a short-term rental, to be located at 13752 South 4170 West. - Caitlin Wright is seeking approval for a conditional permit for a short-term rental, to be located at 2997 West 11925 South. - Lander Seehusen is seeking approval for a private lane, to be located at 11905 South 2700 West. - Hotcakes Utah, LLC represented by Donna Allen is seeking approval for an amended commercial site plan for , 'OPH Riverton', to be located in an existing commercial building at 3843 West 13400 South. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
