Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda June 1, 2022 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 West 1900 South. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of June 1, 2022 Agenda - Review and Adoption May 4, 2022 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since May 4, 2022 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. . 3. A Reader's Theatre - Proposed Play 'Dani and the Arabian Nights' discussion & vote 4. Fiona's Fairytale Ball update - Brooklyn Piper 5. Remaining 2021-2022 SCAC Season Events Jr. Theatre: Jr. Theatre Camp, Mary Poppins Jr. 2023 Fall/Winter Production. Theatre: Shrek the Musical, July 2022 Other: 6. 2022-2023 SCAC Season discussion 7. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. Discussion about yard signs for Shrek. 8. Discussion about possible discounts/promotions for Shrek tickets WORK SESSION 9.
