At the South Weber City Council Chambers located at 1600 E South Weber Drive the following public hearing(s) will be held before the Planning Commission: 1. *Public Hearing & Action on Rezone Request (approx. 2.91 acres from C-H, R-L & A to R-M) Located at approx. 7800 S 2700 E by Applicant: Phil Holland 2. *Public Hearing & Action on Preliminary/Final Plat, Improvement Plans & Rezone for Belnap Estates 1 Lot Plat) (Rezone from R-L to R-M) .628 acres located at approx. 7888 S 2600 E by Applicant: Tyker Belnap A copy of the associated information for the hearings can be found at: http://southwebercity.com/government/public-notices/.
