- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the annexation petition filed by Steve Kyriopoulous, Marshall Lindsay, Thomas G. Maughan & Wellsville City Annexation - 24.43 acres more or less of real property, located at approximately West of 655 East Main. 9. Discuss for approval a temporary land use regulation 2022-02, which is an ordinance establishing a moratorium on residential and commercial building permits and subdivision applications within certain areas of Wellsville City. 10. Review and discuss roads in and out of Wellsville to turn into Cache County CMPO (Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization) and COG (Council of Governments) organizations for future road improvement projects. 11. City Manager/Recorders report.
