IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, May 31, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a proposed Preliminary Plan for the Crossings at Red Desert Subdivision. Applicant: VE Management and Investment Co-Owner. Dave Lynn-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 800 South Main. Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-628-0606 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the plan is available at the Ivins City Building Department or on Ivins City website at www.ivins.com. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
