- A Public Hearing will be held June 8, 2022 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 Clerk@Virgin.Utah.Gov To accept public input on the following items: A. Ch 32 Residential Height Regulations Ordinance 2022-10 If passed the Change will affect the current building height from 25 ft to 30 ft which will increase the residential building height throughout Virgin by 5 feet.
