NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on June 16, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items; and that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 6, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers to consider the below listed items advanced to the County Council by the JSPA Planning Commission*: NOTE: Both the JSPA Planning Commission and County Council meetings will be held in person as well as online via Zoom. Public comments and questions for the JSPA Planning Commission meeting can also be made via email prior to June 15th at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205. *Details for Online meeting participation for the County Council meeting can be found on the agenda for that meeting. Both the JSPA Planning Commission and County Council meetings will also be available for viewing live (with a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. 1. Allison Aafedt, representing Jordanelle Golf Academy, LLC, requests Final Subdivision and Site Plan approval for the Jordanelle Equestrian Facility, a proposed public use facility with a 34 stall barn, indoor/outdoor arenas, and approximately 2 miles of equestrian only trails located at approximately 11000 North Orion Drive in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). The proposal also includes proposed amendments to the JSPA Design Handbook. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on the proposed amendments to the JSPA Design Handbook will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on July 6, 2022. Allison Aafedt, representing Jordanelle Golf Academy, LLC, requests Final Subdivision and Site Plan approval for the Jordanelle Golf Academy, a proposed three hole public golf course and ancillary buildings centrally located within the SkyRidge master development in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). (DEV-4777; Doug Smith) 3. Dade Rose, representing JAS Realty Limited Partnership, requests Final Subdivision approval for JAS Subdivision, a proposed residential subdivision consisting of 28 detached single-family home lots on 19.74 acres located along the Jordanelle Parkway in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the Residential Single Family land use category of the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). (DEV-4348; Austin Corry) All interested persons are invited to attend. *County Council Public Hearings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the date specified.
