- The North Logan City Council hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT). 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on North Logan City exercising its Eminent Domain Right to acquire Parcel # 04-054-0029, which the City desires to acquire for the purpose of expanding 2500 North Street as is indicated on the City's Transportation Master Plan. A final vote to pass a resolution approving the filing of an eminent domain action may be taken after the Public Hearing. Resolution to be voted upon is available for review at the City Office (2076 N 1200 E, North Logan, UT), on the city's website http://northlogancity.org/agendas-notices-hearings, or on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website.
