- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS/DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Anthony and Amy Bowden - Building Permit Application. b. Taran Taylor - Inquiry concerning whether Lot 20 Blk-3, Plat 'C' is a buildable lot. c. Discussion of property boundaries. d.
