Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE The Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. or thereafter at the Garland City Building at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to a proposed zoning map amendment on a parcel of property located at 185 North 300 West. The proposed rezone would be from Manufacturing, M-1 to Residential Multiple, RM-12. Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing at the Garland City Office during normal business hours.
