Description/Agenda: Notice of Appeal Hearing June 8, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Hearing Officer will hold an Appeal Hearing on June 8, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 84653. A. Appeal- Steve and Brandi Johns 610 South Oak Drive. The request is to allow a variance to the building height requirement in Woodland Hills City Code Title 10-8-5 that the height of a home cannot exceed 35 feet.
