Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Thursday, June 9, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use request from Casey & Natalie Dalpias for an oversized structure measuring 2,160 square feet located at 5530 S 6300 W Hooper, UT 84315. 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request from Denise Taylor for an oversized structure and an accessory dwelling unit totaling 4,000 square feet including 960 square feet of living space located at 5179 W 4250 S Hooper, UT 84315. 3. The purpose of the third and final public hearing is to receive public input on a one-lot subdivision request from Steven Thayne for the property located at approximately 7400 W 5100 S. The subdivision would consist of 1.35 acres with a large remainder parcel. The subdivision is named Thayne 5100. All interested parties are invited to attend.
