Description/Agenda

The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing on June 14, 2022 during their regular meeting scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter on an application received requesting a Zone Amendment for 164 Gurr Well Road. The Zone Amendment would change the current zoning from Light Density Residential (LDR) to Public Uses (P) as referenced in the Land Management Code 9-7-1 and 9-7-9. Anyone wishing to review the information on the proposed Zone Amendment may do so at the Brian Head Town offices during normal business hours 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Anyone wishing to make written comments may submit their comments to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than June 3, 2022 by 4:30 pm.
