- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Harrisville City Council will hold a series of public hearings on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, 7:00 PM, at Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah, to take comments for or against a Resolution amending the city, agency, and district budget for FY 2022, in accordance with UCA §10-6-127; and a Resolution adopting the final city, agency, and district budget for FY 2022-23 for the City pursuant to UCA §10-6-113. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, for or against, the estimates of revenue and expenditures or any item thereof in the tentative or amended budgets of any fund. A copy of the tentative and amended budgets are available at the City Office, 801-782-4100, during regular business hours. Individuals requiring special accommodation please contact Maria Devereux at 801-782-4100 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that the foregoing Notice was duly published and posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, posted on the City website and at three (3) locations in the City as follows: 1) City Hall 2) 2150 North and 3) Harrisville Cabin.
