Notice of Appeal Pre-Hearing Conference June 9, 2022 at10:00 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland Hills Hearing Officer will hold a pre-hearing conference call on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at10:00 a.m. A. Purpose of Pre-Hearing Conference 1. Review of the Appeals filed by Dr. Tannin and Megan Fuja residing at 1105 South Woodland Hills Drive concerning the construction of the home at 1115 South Woodland Hills Drive. More specifically: - A limited portion of an appeal regarding zoning issues from Case No. 210400494 in front of Judge James Brady of the Fourth District Court ('Brady Remand') which was remanded back to the City of Woodland Hills. - A limited portion of an appeal regarding zoning issues from Case No. 210401118 in front of Judge Sean Petersen of the Fourth District Court ('Petersen Remand') which was remanded back to the City of Woodland Hills. - Appeal submitted by Dr. Tannin and Megan Fuja on December 9, 2021, regarding extension of Temporary Certificate of Occupancy ('December 9 Appeal'). - Appeal submitted by Dr. Tannin and Megan Fuja on May 2, 2022, regarding the approval of John and Jennifer Adams' ('Adams') revised final site plan ('May 2 Appeal').
