- AMERICAN FORK CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA MAY 24, 2022 *Notice of Electronic Meeting* One or more Board Members may be physically absent from this meeting but may participate electronically. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Redevelopment Agency will meet in a special session on May 24, 2022, to be held at City Hall, located at 31 N. Church Street, commencing at 6:45 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: SPECIAL SESSION 1. Roll call. 2. Review and action on a resolution authorizing not more than $30,000,000 sales tax revenue and tax increment revenue bonds, series 2022 to finance improvements related to the Patriot Station Community Reinvestment Project Area including upgrading 200 South and associated utilities; calling a public hearing; providing for publication of a notice of public hearing and bonds to be issued; providing for a pledge of sales tax revenue and tax increment revenues; fixing the maximum amount, maturity, interest rate, and discount at which the Series 2022 bonds may be sold; providing for the running of a contest period; and related matters. 3. Review and action on setting the date for the public hearing on the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, Redevelopment Agency Budget. 4. Review and action on the May 10, 2024, minutes. 5. Adjournment.
