PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 05/25/2022. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ROLL CALL 4. APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM DEPUTY CITY RECORDER 5. SAFETY SECONDS - Councilmember Marsing 6. PUBLIC COMMENT 7. SERVICE AWARD - Terri Tubbs will be recognized for her commitment and dedication toward the Price City Youth Council. 8. SERVICE AWARD - Megan Marshall will be recognized for her ongoing coordination and support of Price City special projects. CONSENT AGENDA 9. UTAH DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY DRINKING WATER - Consideration and possible approval to participate in the Emerging Contaminants funding project. 10. BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Dragonfly Wellness 2 LLC; DBA: Dragonfly Wellness at 20 E Main St., Everything Exterior Price at 140 N Cedar Hills Dr., High Desert Fly Fishing at 1452 Eastridge Rd., 11. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Agenda was emailed to ETV10 News, a newspaper of general circulation within Price City/Carbon County, Radio Stations KOAL and KUSA. The agenda was also posted in City Hall, the City's website at www.priceutah.net, and on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html on. This meeting may be held electronically via telephone to permit one or more of the council members to participate.
