Administration Building 1000 E Main Midway, UT 84049 AGENDA ITEMS CONDUCTING: Board Chair, Celeste Johnson 4:00 pm: Tour of facilities with HVSSD Board and Wasatch County Health Board. 5:00 pm: ENTITY UPDATES, specifically regarding growth that could affect HVSSD: ACTION ITEMS: Consent Agenda Approval - (5 minutes). April 28, 2022, Board Meeting Minutes April 2022, Profit & Loss April 2022, Reconciliation Warrants Social, continued from January 24, 2022, meeting, discuss and possibly approve - (10 minutes) Property Lease: discuss and possibly approve updated lease agreements on district properties. - (10 minutes) Delay in Implementation of 2021 Rates - Heber City has asked the board delay implementation of 2021 rates until August to coincide with their increases. - Wes Bingham (5 minutes) DISCUSSION ITEMS: 2021 Audit - Jon Haderlie with Larson & Company will present the 2021 Audit to the board. UDOT design plans for the US-189 (Wallsburg to Charleston). - Rux Rowland, Krissy Plett, and Jason Davis (10 minutes). Solar Panels on Farm - discussion on possibly allowing solar panels to be installed on small perimeter areas of the farm. - Dennis Gunn (5 minutes) Manager's Updates. - Dennis Gunn Consideration of closed session pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-205 (if needed). ii. (c) Strategy session to discuss the purchase and or sale of real property. Other Business 6:00 pm: PUBLIC HEARING, to discuss making application to the Community Impact Board for a project to construct wastewater treatment facilities.
