- PLANNING MEETING AGENDA 75 West Center Street, Fillmore UT 84631 TUESDAY, May 24, 2022, at 7:00 PM 7:00 PM ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Starley - Approve or modify minutes of meeting on May 11, 2022. - City Council report - Councilmember Mike Winget 7:10 PM BUSINESS - Conditional Use Permit Application, applicant Alan Roper. - Approve or deny recommendation to City Council to amend Title 10, Land Use Regulations, of the Fillmore City Municipal Ordinances, including amendments to the Use Tables and Development Standards regarding the inclusion or clarification of certain multi-unit dwellings, including twin home, townhome, duplex, triplex, fourplex, and apartments, and accompanying development standards in zones that currently allow multi-unit dwellings. - Approve or Deny recommendation to City Council to amend Fillmore City Annexation Policy Plan 8:00 PM DISCUSSION - Discussing Conditional Use and Allowed Use in each zone from Use Table.
