A. Call to Order:
1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM
2. Commissioners Present: Chairman Archie Walker, Commissioner Jim McGann. Commissioner Charlie Harrison was absent.
3. Staff Present: Chief T.J. Brewer, Fire Inspector Brandon McGuffee, Accountant Cathy Bonde, Administrative Assistant Ryan Burraston, Emergency Coordinator Shea Walker, Equipment Manager Mike Kelso.

1. Commissioner Archie Walker motioned to approve minutes from the February 15th meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Jim McGann, and the motion passed unanimously.

F. New Business:
1. Chair Archie Walker discussed the consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Moab Valley Fire Protection District, Grand County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2022 to finance the cost of acquiring a pumper/tanker fire truck and related public safety equipment; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the acquisition of the public safety equipment to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated.
2. Chair Archie Walker motioned to adopt Resolution 2022-02 to move forward with the bond process. Commissioner Jim McGann seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously.
