Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 22-10 Notice is hereby given that on May 19, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 22-10, amending Brigham City Zoning Map from A-5 (Agricultural) to RR-1 (Rural Residential District) on 59.5 acres of land located at approximately 3125 West Forest Street (Parcel No. 03-111-0032 and 03-111-0033). The Ordinance shall take effect on May 23, 2022. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
