- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Nephi City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed Roderick Nephi Business Park Annexation of approximately 44.92 acres. The proposed annexation area is located approximately southwest of Elevator Road and Main Street, Juab County, parcel no XB2592-1112. The complete annexation petition and certification is available for inspection at the Nephi City Recorder's office during normal business hours.
