NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from Adam Nash to rezone the property located at 3526 E.Fort Union Blvd. from Residential Single-Family (R-1-8) to Residential Office with ZoningConditions (RO-ZC). The proposed zoning conditions would allow only single family dwellingsor twin homes on the property. Please see the reverse side of this notice for a vicinity map of thisproject location.
The Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a Work Session Meeting at approximately 5:00 p.m., and a Business Meeting beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022, at 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. The meeting will also be broadcast electronically on Zoom, via the below links. Those interested in attending the meeting and/or making public comments may attend either in person or electronically.
Inquiries and public comments may be submitted to staff by email at ahulka@ch.utah.gov. If you are interested in making a public comment, but are unable to attend the meeting, written comments may be submitted up to 12:00 pm MST on Tuesday, May 31st, 2022, the day before the hearing. Comments received by this deadline will be entered into the record and distributed to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. Comments received after this deadline will be distributed to the Commission members after the meeting.
